The Public Administration Sector Steering Committee (PASSC) composition consists of the Chairman of the Public Service Commission (PSC), the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), CEO of the Ministry of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (MPMC), CEO of the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development (MWCSD) and a representative of the civil societies and the private sector. The Committee is chaired by the Chairman of the PSC
The MOF, MPMC and MWCSD, together with the PSC, are the key implementing partners for the PASP.
The PASSC monitors and implements the progress of the PASP over the next five years.
The PASSC is serviced by the Public Administration Sector Coordination Unit based within the PSC and led by the Sector Coordinator. The Sector Coordination Unit coordinates progress reports and monitors the implementation of the plan.
At the operational level, the Public Administration Working Group comprises of ACEOs of the Public Service Commission technical divisions and ACEOs from Ministries represented on the PASSC and focuses on implementing the day to day initiatives under the sector plan.
The Public Administration Sector Steering Committee (PASSC) exercises an oversight role with regards to the implementation and monitoring of the PASP activities.
