Notice of Appeal – Form 1

The Legal and Investigation Services Team is tasked with the provision of legal advice to the Commission and the Office of the Public Service Commission. In addition, it is responsible for the management of all matters referred to the Commission for investigation and/or inquiry and managing a register of delegations of power under the Public Service Act 2004. The Legal and Investigation Services Team, is in addition to providing legal advice, is further tasked with legislative amendments to facilitate policy decisions and working conditions

Investigating Officer Certification

On 20 September 2015, 17 Public Servants have been certified as Investigating Officers to conduct investigations of potential or alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct under the Public Service Act 2004 and Public Service Regulations 2008.
