HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Introduction

The Human Resource Management Services Unit provides advice to the Commission, line Ministries and other stakeholders on Human Resource policies, monitor and evaluate their effective implementation in Ministries and institute a value based Samoa Public Service. Some of our roles and functions include:

  • Structures and Establishments
  • Remuneration Management and Salary Classifications
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Working Conditions and Entitlements
  • Performance Management System
  • Managing Grievances
  • Occupational Health and Safety
