Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Scholarship 2012
The IPCC Scholarship Programme aims to build capacity in the understanding and management of climate change in developing countries by providing opportunities for young scientists from developing countries to undertake studies that would not be possible without funding under the programme. Applicants must be post-graduate students under the age of 30 studying at PhD level. They must have already been accepted at a recognized educational institution to start studies in 2013, or be currently enrolled on continuing PhD courses.
Research proposals should focus on one of the following fields of study:
• Socio-economic modelling related to climate change
• Underlying science of climate change
• Climate change and water
Applicants must be nationals of developing countries and priority will be given to students from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

Commonwealth Scholarships tenable in Cameroon, Kenya, Mauritius, South Africa & Swaziland commencing between September 2013 and February 2014, according to the academic calendar of the country concerned.

New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships: 2013 Awards
The New Zealand government is offering Commonwaealth Scholarships tenable in New Zealand for PhD and Masters level study, commencing in February 2014.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) will be screening and selecting two (2) applicants who meet all eligibility criteria for on forwarding to New Zealand for processing. Selected applicants will be considered if area of study demonstrates strong development relevance to HRD priority fields.
Applications may be uplifted from the Scholarships, Training & Bilateral Division of the MFAT.

The Kofi Annan Fellowship for obtaining an ESMT Full-Time MBA
The European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin is inviting applicants from Samoa for a one-year full-time MBA program funded under the Kofi Annan Fellowship.
Up to 3 full scholarships are available on a competitive basis annually and the deadline for application is the
30 September 2013.

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree from any academic discipline and demonstrate three years of post-graduate professional experience. All applicants are required to take the Graduate-Management Admission Test (GMAT) before gaining admission to ESTM Full-time MBA program.
Undergraduate & Associate Degree Scholarship Programs
The Government of Turkey has offered the scholarship above for Undergraduate & Associate Scholarship programs.
Applications requirements stipulate that post-graduate applicants should not be born earlier than 01 January 1992.
