- Breached of the Code of Conduct
- Grievances
- Employment Contracts
- Facilitate conduct of Performance Reviews
- Provide policy advice to Commission on issues identified through monitoring and evaluation as well as matters requested by Ministries
- Ensure proper management and administration of all human resource management functions pertaining to employment of executive level within Public Service on contractual base
