ROLES & FUNCTIONS

• Support all internal Branches
• Manage internal financial & human resource matters
• Checking TY15s for permanent employees
• Manage and handle all individual requests from Ministries such as:
  • retirements
  • counting of years of services
  • working conditions & entitlements
  • extension of service
  • salary reviews
  • and other employment matters concerning individual employees
• Grievance from individual employees other than Recruitement and Selection
• Publish weekly Public Service Official Circular (PSOC) Issues
• Assist Ministries with devolved functions
