Programme Objectives
This Programme has been designed to help new graduates:
- Understand and describe the functions & Structure of the Public Service
- Explain the responsibilities of the Employer
- Understand Role as and Employee
By the end of this programme New Graduates will:
- Be able to identify themselves within their Organisations and the Public Service
- Be able to understand and describe their roles in their Ministries Organisational Structure and their contribution to the achievement of Ministry’s Corporate Objectives
- Be able to understand and describe their responsibilities as public servants
- Be able to develop an understanding of the Structure of Government and processes in conducting business in the Public Service
- Be able to explore career opportunities in the Public Service
